Oniracom operates based on his vision for positive and lasting change, continuously evolving digital solutions along the ever-changing tech & new media landscape. Partners such as Jack Johnson, Santa Barbara Bowl, Warner Music, Topspin, Universal, SONOS, among others, trust Oniracom to produce authentic stories that rapidly increase brand growth and awareness.

Jacob Tell, Founder & Chief Dreamer of District216

With a comprehensive background in branding, digital marketing and e-commerce, Jacob took his experience on the road as merchandise coordinator for Jack Johnson. He toured the world learning about the music industry, operations, international trade and business at large.  In 2005 Jacob began managing artist Matthew McAvene and released an album for him under Jacob’s own label, Oniric Records. To date, Oniric Records boasts several artist releases and three Solutions for Dreamers compilation albums. Expanding on his musical involvement, in 2007 Jacob produced the sold out Solutions for Dreamers Festival in Santa Barbara which featured Michael Franti & Spearhead, Jack Johnson, ALO, Matthew McAvene, Danny Riley, and Culver City Dub Collective.  He has since produced many events related to music, entrepreneurship, and community building.

After over a decade serving the music industry, Jacob opened Oniracom up to collaborating with lifestyle and CPG brands of all shapes and sizes while continuing to serve nonprofits in parallel. When Colorado legalized adult use of cannabis in 2014 and California in 2016, Oniracom took its music industry, lifestyle and CPG brand experience to the vast cannabis landscape of CBD and THC derived products.
