Emerging from fifteen years of professional experience, Jacob works one on one with individuals and small teams including strategic planning, business development, marketing strategies, branding, workflow, change management, operations, merchandise, e-commerce, licensing, and production.

Jacob finds great reward in using what he’s learned running a successful agency with a large staff and diverse client base, and focusing it on a more intimate, shorter term engagement. Jacob embraces the opportunity to work with other industries, businesses, and business models as it is beneficial both to his and his clients’ professional growth.  As a consultant for Jack Johnson, Jacob worked not only with Jack personally, but with all of the facets of his team (other artists, management, record label, publicist, booking agent, and two non-profit foundations).
